Firehawk hot sauce is made by slowly fermenting ingredients harvested at their prime over the Summer and Autumn months. 

Including Cayenne, Red jalapeño, Habanero, chocolate ghost and dried chipotle chilli’s bring spice, smoky and fruity heat. 

Vine ripened Heirloom Tomatoes are added to balance the heat whilst a touch of sweetness is added using new season Pink Lady Apples & native bush tomato.

The Firehawk is then aged in Tasmanian Whiskey oak barrels for one year which takes on a slight oak flavour similar to Tobasco sauce, the sauce matures and gains a complexity like no other
