Ricky mixed up this salt & spice blend to use on his hand cut potato chips while he was a chef. We have since realised how delicious it is on a variety of things and use it regularly in our kitchen. It would have been rude of us not to share!

Grilled steak, roast vegetables, grilled fish, chicken wings, sprinkled on potato chips, grilled vegetables…We have also been told this makes a tasty salt rim for a margarita - if thats your thing.
