We called these pickles QUIRKLES due to their curly and quirky shape and they are our version of a gherkin.
These whole cucumbers are pickled in our classic RICKLES brine, we also add some extra garlic, dill and a bay leaf to the jar.
Crisp, crunchy and sour, perfect straight out of the jar, or used on a cheese board, in sandwiches, burgers or chopped in to salads.
*We recommend serving chilled. Please store in the fridge after opening.
